Baby Chrysanthemum is a delicate herbal tea made from early chrysanthemum harvested just before blooming. This creates a sweeter and bolder flavor than with traditional chrysanthemum flowers. Chrysanthemum is a good source of Vitamin A and C, and has been used in traditional medicine for cooling down heat in the body.
