Gynostemma, also called Jiaogulan, is an adaptogenic herb native to south central China that has many properties similar to ginseng. Some call Gynostemma the ‘immortality herb’ because natives in the Guizhou Province who drink the tea daily are said to live long lives. Early research suggests it may help with cholesterol and blood sugar management. 
Brew approx. 1 tbsp for 2-3 minutes. Each serving can be steeped 2-4 times.
