A beautiful blend of herbs that makes for the perfect cup of afternoon tea. Lovely aroma and taste of peppermint, soothing chamomile, and a hint of cinnamon. Caffeine free. 

Rinse first. Brew 5-6 grams for about 3-4 minutes. Each serving can be steeped 3-4 times with shorter brew times on resteeps.
